| While the rest of us are still trying to make it big, our favorite celeb reporter Eriq has already found fame (but not yet fortune) on the tele. Check out his interview on CNBC's "On the Money"

| New Year's News..
Our favorite and most delightful French woman (aka lambie) was recently accepted into Insead’s MBA program. (Go Sarah!) But still, I can't help thinking "Why on earth would she want to leave all of us and Manhattan?" Well, I guess it’s because Insead ranks #3 in Business Week’s Top International MBA schools, and comes in at #4 in Financial Times fulltime global MBA programs, after U Penn, Harvard, and Columbia. Maybe also because this small but fiercely competitive school is located about 35 miles outside of Paris, in the beautiful and charming town of Fontainebleau, France. And since it’s surrounded by the second largest forest in France, there will be plenty of free roaming space to jog daily while airing out those grad school frustrations. Athough I'll miss you dearly, I can't help but say...CONGRATULATIONS!

The U.S. release of the new Coldplay album X & Y is in stores today! If you’re a Coldplay fan, you will want to pick up a CD asap. I heard the album online, and I think it is some of their best work ever. Preview for yourself http://212.23.58.131/album_player/index_INTER.php

Tuesday, June 14th and Wednesday, June 15th
o Round up a few close friends, an extra large blanket, some of your favorite cheeses, treats, and wine and head out to the Great Lawn. There you can sit back and enjoy the enchanting music and song from Metropolitan Opera In The Park. Starts at 8 pm, but get there early for a good seat.

Persistence pays! After entering into the pre-sale lottery drawing for the September 6th concert at Madison Square Garden, I did NOT receive the desired email on Friday that would confirm my ability to obtain pre-sale tickets. So, with the deadline passed, and nothing to lose, I entered again my name and email for the pre-sale lottery drawing for the September 7th concert, and lo and behold I got it! This morning at 10 am sharp I got online and purchased my 2 tickets for the concert - Floor seats, front section, practically front and center. Whoo hoo! Maybe I should go buy a Lottery ticket now, before my luck moves on..... | | |
